In 2011, a Zanesville, Ohio exotic animal owner released 49 animals including 18 tigers, 17 lions and 8 bears into his town of 25,000 people before committing suicide. Police and civilians spent the next 24 hours hunting and fighting off the animals. This is known as "The Zanesville Massacre"
