Sergei Krikalev emerges from a Soyuz capsule after spending time on the Mir Space Station, March 25 1992. Krikalev went to space as a Soviet Cosmonaut, watched the Soviet Union break up in space, and returned to Kazakhstan as the Last Soviet Citizen.
